Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with a strong background in invoice processing and financial systems. This role will support the finance team in managing daily AP operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with a strong background in invoice processing and financial systems. This role will support the finance team in managing daily AP operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices using automated OCR-based systems to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Match and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receipts
- Upload templates and data into the AP system for batch processing
- Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
- Identify and resolve discrepancies through analytical problem-solving
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve AP issues
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Workday Financials preferred
- Familiarity with Auditoria and AI-driven AP Help Desk software is a plus
