The Hebrew Center for Health & Rehabilitation in West Hartford, CT, one of the finest Centers in the state of CT, is seeking an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator. Hebrew is a beautiful 260-bed Center, with a long-serving successful Administrator who is there to mentor and develop the Assistant NHA as they grow and gain the necessary experience to become Administrator of Record (AoR) at their own Center.
The successful Assistant NHAwill be located within a 45-minute max commute of the Center in West Hartford and be expected to oversee and manage multiple Unionized and Non-Unionized departmentsi.e. Social Work, Housekeeping, Laundry, & Recreation.

Hebrew Center is fully staffed, with negligible Agency personnel, and is scheduled to soon begin a multi-million complete refurbishment. The Center's clinical operations are solid; the building carries a CMS 4-star overall rating with a very stable Director of Nursing and a great leadership team. What You'll Do
As an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator, you will help leading the the day-to-day operations of the facility. You will participate in the development and execution of the strategy for operational excellence and growth in the center, working toward goals and objectives aligned with the mission. Your leadership will help shape the culture of the team and drive excellence in care delivery, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the oversight of all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
Help lead, mentor, and inspire a team of clinical, allied health and non-clinical, support staff
Participate in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that improve market share and grow the business
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement among staff
Collaborate with peers, corporate leadership and other stakeholders to positively impact facility and organizational goals

What You'll Bring
Qualifications of an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator include:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in healthcare administration or management, preferably in Long-Term Care
Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards of care in Long-Term Care
Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
