NuVasive Clinical Services, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., is a leading provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IOM) services to surgeons and healthcare facilities. Position Summary
As a Revenue Cycle Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the collections process by responding to inquiries from facilities and supporting the resolution of outstanding billings through our strong customer service, documentation and problem-solving skills. Essential Functions
Follows up with facilities to collect open billings in a timely manner
Understands and maintains all governmental, regulatory and company billing and compliance regulations and policies for payers
Reviews and accurately documents correspondence details
Addresses denials and non-payments through problem-solving
Identifies and reports to management any payer issues with regard to billing and collections
Processes, documents and transfers account receivables
Reviews and completes assigned daily reporting
Performs other duties as assigned
Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies
Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications
High level of quality awareness, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Data-oriented with basic proficiency in MS Office Applications, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create detailed reports
Sense of urgency and customer-oriented mindset with understanding of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance and Protected Health Information (PHI)
Ability to work independently, multitask and handle various priorities in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of payer reimbursement guidelines and government, regulatory and company billing and compliance regulations/policies for assigned payers
Effective Verbal and written communication skills
Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Travel And /or Physical Demands
Ability to sit for long periods of time, 6-8 hours per day in front of computer screen
