They’re now hiring a Director of Business Development to focus on strategic growth within the U.S. Space Force, as well as broader DoD and intelligence agency markets. This is a hands-on leadership role driving opportunity identification, capture strategy, and trusted client partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • Lead pipeline development and capture strategy for key USSF programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product-to-mission alignment
  • Forge long-term relationships with military, government, and industry leaders
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, competitive assessments, and market insight
  • Influence classified program growth and participate in solution design
  • Represent the company in key industry forums and events

Key Responsibilities

  • 10+ years of direct experience working with USSF, USAF, or related DoD/IC orgs
  • 15+ years in technical programs tied to space operations, ISR, or GEOINT
  • Deep knowledge of SDA, JCO, TacSRT, and space-based ISR frameworks
  • Proven track record of winning and expanding complex government sales
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (with CI Poly eligibility)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities
