Our facility offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where Nurse Practitioners work closely with cardiologists and other specialists to manage patients with a range of cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities include conducting cardiac assessments, managing chronic and acute cardiac conditions, interpreting diagnostic tests, and contributing to preventive care planning. The role is primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults, offering a balanced and rewarding clinical experience.

Position Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing
Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
Active Connecticut APRN license or eligibility to obtain
Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to evidence-based care
