Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing financial statements, and enhancing financial reporting processes. The role involves providing strategic financial direction, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and making insightful analytics-driven decisions to support business growth. Daily tasks include financial analysis, budget management, risk assessment, and leading the finance team to achieve operational efficiency and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Analytical Skills
• Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience in the technology or government sectors is a plus
