The Client Service Lead plays an integral role in providing luxury service and assessing the needs of our clients. This is the ideal role for an innovator with a sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste and a discerning eye for luxury.
Your Responsibilities

Represent the RH brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
Provide an elevated level of client support to Gallery partners to resolve escalated client concerns
Develop and maintain deep understanding of RH product and offerings; considered the expert for all customer-related inquiries
Work directly with the supply chain network to provide seamless execution of delivery to the client
Stay connected with broader RH Customer Delight Organization on all processes, policy updates and improvements
Use data to identify patterns, and escalate to provide solutions
Our Requirements
3+ years customer service experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or and luxury retail setting
Customer Service Center systems experience highly preferred
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities on a cross-functional team
Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail
Proven experience delivering first-class service internally and externally
