The Client Service Lead plays an integral role in providing luxury service and assessing the needs of our clients. This is the ideal role for an innovator with a sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste and a discerning eye for luxury.

Your Responsibilities

  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Represent the RH brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
  • Provide an elevated level of client support to Gallery partners to resolve escalated client concerns
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of RH product and offerings; considered the expert for all customer-related inquiries
  • Work directly with the supply chain network to provide seamless execution of delivery to the client
  • Stay connected with broader RH Customer Delight Organization on all processes, policy updates and improvements
  • Use data to identify patterns, and escalate to provide solutions

Our Requirements

  • 3+ years customer service experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or and luxury retail setting
  • Customer Service Center systems experience highly preferred
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities on a cross-functional team
  • Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven experience delivering first-class service internally and externally
