Team Overview
The Client Analytics team is a small, focused group responsible for delivering robust data solutions that power insights across business development, finance, and operations. They work closely with internal stakeholders, building highly visible tools and processes that demand reliability, precision, and scalability.
Role Summary
As a Client Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing a modern data platform, integrating systems across the business to drive analytics, reporting, and operational insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics needs.
Design data models optimized for querying and reporting.
Integrate data across multiple platforms and teams.
Monitor and support daily data operations to ensure reliability.
Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable data products.
Keep up-to-date with evolving data tools and best practices.
What They’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles.
Strong SQL skills and experience with dimensional data modeling.
Proficiency with enterprise-grade ETL/ELT tools—Talend preferred, but others like SSIS are welcome.
Experience building automated data integrity checks and monitoring.
Detail-oriented mindset and strong debugging skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary between $130,000–$150,000 (commensurate with experience)
