Base pay range
$160,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
My client is a leading manufacturing client in the Greater Baltimore area currently recruiting for a Director of Accounting role. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to shape the future of a growing organization. Compensation: Up to $170K base + bonus

What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop the accounting team to become strategic business partners
Drive execution of company-wide initiatives led by accounting
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies
Manage audits, cash flow, and shareholder reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally to support long-term value creation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Construction experience also considered.
• Proven expertise in cash management and strategic financial planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with C-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term value within organizations.
• Resilience and the ability to effectively manage complex projects and challenges.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on achieving results through teamwork.
