As Director of Business Development, you will:

• Lead strategic growth initiatives to expand Rythmos adoption across senior living communities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with operators, executives, and care teams.
• Partner with our product and customer success teams to ensure seamless community rollouts.
• Represent Intrex at industry conferences, associations, and events—positioning Rythmos as the must-have safety and wellness solution.
• Serve as a team leader and collaborator, mentoring others and driving business with integrity and purpose.

• Proven experience in the senior living industry, with strong networks and insights into operator needs.
• A track record of business development success, driving adoption and exceeding growth targets.
• A natural team player and leader, capable of inspiring others and building momentum.
• Deep passion for helping seniors, combined with the drive to bring innovative solutions like Rythmos to the communities that need them most.
