We are hiring a Director of Growth to play a key role in cultivating new client opportunities and fueling Social Driver’s business development pipeline. This person will lead the earliest stages of the client journey—identifying prospects, initiating contact, and crafting thoughtful discovery briefs that serve as the foundation for winning proposals.
This role is ideal for someone with direct experience in B2B sales—or for someone who has held leadership roles in nonprofit management, political fundraising, corporate communications, or a related field and is looking to transition into business development at a communications agency where their hands-on experience can add strategic value. Success in this position requires strong relationship-building skills, fluency in digital communications (including websites, social media, and creative services), and the ability to connect client goals to clear and compelling recommendations. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strategic listener, and a trusted first point of contact for potential clients.
