What You Will Be Doing

Your Mission Critical Tasks:

• Spearhead and own a core domain of our national expansion strategy - be it regulatory navigation, systems implementation, or financial operations
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with complete autonomy and decision-making authority
• Pioneer and validate new operational playbooks in real-time conditions
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founders and key stakeholders to build robust launch infrastructure
• Leverage cutting-edge AI and automation to create scalable, efficient processes

Director Of Retail Operations Key Responsibilities

Your Core Mission: Take complete ownership of a fundamental operational pillar in our national school launch strategy. Execute with precision, speed, and scalability. While we'll align you with the pillar that best matches your expertise, you'll have full autonomy to shape and deliver results in your domain.

Basic Requirements

The Essentials We're Looking For:

• Battle-tested experience: Minimum 3 years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG
• Proven operational leadership in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
• Demonstrated excellence in at least one core area: regulatory compliance, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations
• Sharp analytical mind paired with strong execution capabilities - you can transform strategies into action independently
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel approximately one week per month
• Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to optimize operations

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
