| **Summary:** Exercises responsibility by assisting the Branch manager |

| **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** |

| *Assist the manager in the opening and closing of branch and |

| assigning staff according to business necessity. |

| *****Helps Assess Sales opportunities with current dealers and |

| customers. |

| *Assists in achieve financial objectives and business plans, meet |

| required gross margin targets. |

| *Works with Branch Manager to set obj ctives, train employees and |

| educate customers. |

| *Develop close relationships with current customers while actively |

| seeking and developing new customers. |

| *Assist Branch manager and TM in account management for |

| equipment-based dealers. |

| *Maintains an awareness of local market and competitive conditions |

| of local competitors, customer preference and desires, |

| industry trends, and to communicate such information promptly, with |

| recommendations to management. |
