Junior Accountant

Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a locally based client in the search for a Junior Accountant to join their team. This position will report directly to the Senior VP and will be responsible for processing payments and assisting with month-end reconciliations. Candidates should be comfortable being in a customer facing role as this job will require working, at times, with individual consumers. Essential Job Duties

• Review and process transactions
• Ensure compliance with company regulations
• Prepare quarterly bank statements
• Assist with annual unclaimed property report
• Respond to inquiries during internal audits
• Ensure all account changes are completed within required time-frames
• Other tasks as assigned
