Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for overnight private-duty cases in Mystic, CT. This is a high-paying opportunity for dedicated nurses who want to provide white-glove, concierge-level care in safe, one-on-one home environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing in private homes
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections
• Monitor vital signs, update care plans, and report changes
• Deliver patient/family education
• Perform advanced nursing tasks (wound care, G-tube, trach, catheter)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Represent Affirmed with professionalism, compassion, and heart
  
  

What We Require:

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• At least 1 year of experience (home care, hospice, rehab, or facility)
• Confidence working independently in private home settings
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Recent physical and immunization records (PPD/QuantiFERON, MMR)
• Professional communication skills and bedside manner
