We are presently recruiting for a board certified or board eligible OB/GYN Physician to provide care to our patients in Bridgeport, CT. Join our team-based model of care delivered in a kind and compassionate manner. This integrated care, Community Health Center seeks a MD/DO who is passionate about treating those in need and working with an underserved population.

Position Highlights
Work in a multispecialty federally qualified healthcare clinic providing care to an existing patient base.
Work in a 100% outpatient setting with the availability of providing outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecological care.
Family friendly schedule, with no on-call requirements, Monday to Friday working week with the option of part-time or flexible hours.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Provides direct health care to patients, ages 16 and up, presenting for care.
Provides or directly oversees gynecology services
Provides or directly oversees prenatal services for low and high-risk pregnant patients.
Participate in Medical Staff Meetings and on Optimus committees.
Pursue continuing medical education opportunities to update medical knowledge and assure quality patient care.
Work with Teams, Outreach Workers and with other Department’s staff to facilitate efforts in providing quality patient care.
EDUCATION: Medical Degree from an accredited Medical School. Documented completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Current Connecticut licensure
