Guide parents with transparency and passion through the choice to join Alpha.
You'll be the face of Alpha in each community, organizing impactful info sessions, mobilizing parent supporters, and collaborating with local entities. This role requires you to be on the move, spending 80% of your time on-site within your region. Relocation isn't necessary, but you should reside within 30 minutes of a major airport or comfortably drive to all campuses.

Driving enrollment efforts across 2-3 campuses in your region by managing concurrent pipelines
Conducting engaging info sessions and one-on-one discussions to turn interested parents into enthusiastic advocates
Regularly visiting campuses and attending local events to enhance visibility and build trust
Establishing partnerships with community organizations and influencers to elevate regional presence
Providing insights on parental feedback, conversion dynamics, and local engagement strategies
What You Won’t Be Doing
Depending on scripted sales approaches or transactional communications
Sacrificing standards or compromising the mission to persuade doubtful parents
Delegating relationship-building tasks or staying behind the scenes
Working from a desk—this role is deeply rooted in community interactions
Handling just one enrollment cycle on a straightforward timeline
Regional Director Of Family Engagement Key Responsibilities
Drive regional enrollment and build waitlists of over 150 students at multiple campuses through trust-based engagement, strategic outreach, and mission-driven advocacy.
Basic Requirements
Must reside in one of the specified regions: Texas (near Plano, Fort Worth, or Houston), Florida (near Orlando or Tampa), or Mid-Atlantic (near Raleigh, Charlotte, or Chantilly, VA)
Proximity to a major airport or within driving reach of all campuses in your area
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without needing sponsorship
5+ years of experience working with families in education, outreach, or enrollment
Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities
Demonstrated ability to build trust and guide complex decision-making processes
Firm belief in Alpha's accelerated, high-expectation learning paradigm

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
