As a general management specialist on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.

On our team, you’ll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders, analysts, and support staff to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward with leadership and senior decision-makers.

You Have

• 1+ years of experience providing support in the assessment, management, and advising of corporate or military operational risk
• 1+ years of experience balancing many competing priorities
• Ability to self-manage and assess appropriate priority levels, and know when to engage leadership for guidance if needed
• Ability to use SharePoint and quickly learn new business operations systems
• Ability to comfortably work with numerous internal clients to process risk matters utilizing various systems
• Ability to be detail orientated
• Ability to document results and artifacts related to complex risk matters in accordance with company processes and procedures
• Ability to support other areas within a PMO on an as needed basis
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
  
  

Nice If You Have

• 3+ years of experience providing support in the assessment, management, and advising of corporate or military operational risk
• 3+ years of experience balancing many competing priorities
• Experience in contract management
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to express complex risk matters to project managers and other staff
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
