Deliver and document nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols
Accurately record all patient interactions and clinical activities in EPIC, ensuring timely and complete documentation
Educate patients and families about illnesses, injuries, and self-management strategies tailored to their condition
Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and staff to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
Support clinical operations by assisting with patient flow, triage, and follow-up care as needed
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Connecticut
Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or medical office setting
Strong communication and documentation skills
Familiarity with EPIC or similar EMR systems
Dress Code
Scrubs required (color not specified)
