Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN):
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Bachelor’s degree
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Responsibilities of RN Unit Manager:
Leads and oversees one of our skilled nursing units
Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by all nursing personnel by current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility
Maintains the highest degree of quality care at all times and provides direct nursing care as needed
Responsible for the facility and its management when the Administrator, DON, or ADON is not present
Performs a range of duties including maintaining the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes
RN Unit Manager may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
