The Work:

The SAP Functional Lead is responsible for analyzing and designing new S/4HANA Budget to Report Finance business processes, monitoring and providing feedback on process performance. This role will collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed S/4HANA Budget to Report Finance product requirements and use cases

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate functional team activities
• Provide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with project goals. Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate communication between teams, fostering a cohesive working environment.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

• SAP project management experience
• Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Experience leading teams
• Experience interacting with client leadership
  
  

Bonus Points if you have:

• S4/HANA Delivery experience
• Experience with any Supply Chain modules such as: Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IMWM), Project Systems (PS), Sales and Distribution/Reimbursables (SD), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Relevant SAP certifications

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:

$126,300—$243,100 USD
