Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, highly personable candidate with a flexible schedule.
Availability: We’re looking for a dedicated candidate who can commit to 32 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Friday through Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings. Flexibility to travel between our 8 San Antonio locations and reliable transportation are a must.
What You’ll Do
Greet Guests and Members with warmth, positivity, and a genuine smile
Master our booking software to schedule appointments, manage check-ins/outs, and process payments
Build lasting rapport with Guest in the lobby, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Present and sell membership programs with confidence and charm
Deliver exceptional Guest experiences to retain Members and drive in returning Guests
Answer phones with professional, upbeat etiquette
Thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a mature, solution-oriented attitude
