Urgent Care - Lead Advanced Physician Assistant (PA)

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team as a Lead Provider, responsible for providing exceptional care and making a real impact on the lives of our patients within our urgent care clinic. Lead Providers at ConvenientMD act as clinical leader for all clinical staff, mentoring and supporting new-grad providers as well as allied healthcare professionals. This role is perfect for a PA who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys mentorship, and is passionate about delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities include providing patient-centered care, conducting health assessments, physical exams, reviewing medical histories, administering or ordering diagnostic tests and interpreting results, performing therapeutic procedures, educating and counseling patients, preparing medical records, maintaining compliance with company and state procedures, collaborating with healthcare team members, acting as a clinic leader and mentor, and maintaining professional knowledge through continuing education. Requirements include a Master's degree and certification by a PA certifying body, DEA license with no restrictions, BLS certification, clinical experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, compassion, technical proficiency, and knowledge of relevant laws, drugs, and medical procedures.
