As we grow, we’re seeking a strategic operations leader who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a meaningful impact where their voice truly matters.

The Opportunity

As Vice President of Operations, you will be at the helm of our operational strategy, driving efficiency, scalability, and excellence across Purchasing, Construction, Customer Care including enhancing all back-office systems required to facilitate our growth. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize day-to-day operations across construction, purchasing, logistics, and customer service.
• Generate, develop and execute strategic plans to support aggressive growth targets.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with company vision.
• Implement systems and processes that enhance productivity, accountability and urgency while maintaining high standards for customer relations and quality.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across departments.

• Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in residential construction or related industries.
• Track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments.
