We are a growing restoration and construction company committed to quality, safety, and operational excellence. As we expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee and maintain the safety, efficiency, and organization of our warehouse operations. This will be a replacement for a recent retiree.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager plays a vital role in supporting company operations by ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment. This position oversees equipment maintenance, inventory control, and warehouse processes while supporting various field and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and efficiency
Receive, tag, and notify Coordinators of all incoming materials and supplies
Inventory and service all mitigation and reconstruction equipment
Clean assigned company vehicle weekly
Complete monthly vehicle inspections and assist with minimal mechanical maintenance
Support PMs with material deliveries, pickups, and trade assistance as needed
Maintain supply inventory and restock shop materials
Submit service requests for tools, equipment, and vehicle needs
Ensure compliance with OSHA and maintain MSDS documentation
Provide basic building maintenance and maintain yard/landscaping
Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports to the General Manager
Deliver materials or dump trailers to jobsites

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
5–7 years of experience in warehouse or shop operations
CDL Driver's License
Clean Driving Record
Some mechanical knowledge
Forklift Certification Preferred
Prior leadership experience preferred
Working knowledge of OSHA standards and warehouse safety preferred
Three (3) business-related references required
