🔋 Not every “Replace Battery” warning means the battery is bad ⚡ We recently tested a brand-new 12V, 100Ah tubular battery. The analyzer said: > “REPLACE BATTERY.” ❌ The truth? The battery was perfectly fine. Many testers are built for car starter batteries. When used on deep-cycle solar or inverter batteries, they can give false readings because: They look for high cranking current, not long steady discharge Wrong battery type/capacity settings skew results Testing immediately after charging can confuse the algorithm 💡 Lesson learned: Always read test results in the context of the battery’s design and application. They want a system that lasts 30, one refit in that time & want customers filled paid & gone in 15 minutes” Was what I told my little #manufacturing group. If we are going to develop #FastCharging systems for #EV’s, they must be built to how service stations run already. So we need cost effective & long lasting systems that are easy to replace. Kinetic hybrids offer just that. Most service stations bury huge tanks under them, a large Kenetic battery would be no different. Storing DC power for fast charging station’s to pulse that energy directly into a battery system. Kinetic Batterys offer 30 year life spans & are easy to fix, repair & replace. You would still need a hybrid battery to produce the pulse you needed, just not so much now. We don’t always need to go with high tech soloutions if a low tech one works better. Sometimes simplicity is the most complex thing you can do. #Renewables #Energy
