Every week, I meet with some of the greatest companies in the world to advise on AI. I want to share what I saw last week and what business leaders like you can learn. Last Wednesday, I had the pleasure of visiting The Coca-Cola Company HQ in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Diet Coke fiend, this day was a dream come true. I tasted limited-edition flavors, emptied my wallet at the swag shop, and got a glimpse of the upcoming FIFA partnership (big things coming). But what really stood out was the people: curious, loyal, engaging, and kind. Met multiple people who had worked there 10+ years. Always looking for ways to support partners. I even got to experience an AI Escape Room from Monica (you train employees on AI while they solve puzzles!) and an AI Bodega from Lejla and Katherine (AI tech changes drastically between store type!). Takeaways: 1) Culture is everything 2) Upskilling your execs and full company on AI continues to be one of the biggest business imperatives 3) Upskill in multiple means (online courses, on-site training, interactive) 4) Give resources for dept-specific experimentation (LOB action gives you depth) 5) Provide clear comms avenues to share said experiments (eg global offsites, Teams) 6) Have owners for fast integration (ex: early integrator of agents and GPT-5) 7) Continue to fuel proprietary data feeds (from hardware, sensors, employee usage, dedicated generation) 8) Never ever stop iterating, things are moving faster than ever 💡 If you’re interested in an AI keynote for your company, a hands-on AI workshop, or an enterprise license for the AI-First Academy with tens of thousands of happy students, drop me a DM at Allie K. Miller. *this is not a paid post, I just love the company this much

It’s a VERY cool office. In my pre-AI life they were a client of ours. I am sure it’s totally changed on the last 10 years I don’t element a swag store!

What stands out is the link between longevity and innovation. People may stay 10+ years, and culture clearly matters. The real challenge is keeping that same workforce agile in AI adoption. The winners will be those who manage both stability and reinvention.

Allie K. Miller, the insights from your experience at Coca-Cola highlight the vital role of company culture and adaptability. Investing in diverse upskilling approaches truly supports innovation. As we embrace AI, staying ahead with continuous learning will empower our teams to thrive in this rapidly evolving landscape. Let’s keep nurturing curiosity.
