I have been associated with your company for many years, and now with my own startup, I operate from two locations—Pali (Rajasthan) and Surat (Gujarat). Despite raising a request over a month ago to update my Easy Ship model for both locations, there is still no clarity from the team. For a company of such scale, this prolonged delay in updating a simple address is disappointing, especially when other platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, Snapdeal, and Meesho have already enabled it smoothly
