𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫: 𝐘𝐞𝐬 — and in more ways than you might expect. HR work is rarely simple. Admin processes, performance cycles, recruiting timelines… it’s all happening, all the time. Finding time to think strategically can be a challenge. That’s where AI has made a real difference for me — not as a buzzword, but as a genuine productivity booster.
