Microsoft is rolling out the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (CMA) in SharePoint Advanced Management—a powerful new dashboard that streamlines site governance and accelerates Copilot readiness. 🔍 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄: - Unified dashboard combining Site Lifecycle Management (SLM) and Data Access Governance (DAG) - Automated insights into oversharing, inactive content, and permission risks Tailored recommendations to strengthen governance and prep sites for Copilot - Enhanced UI, refined issue categories, and more straightforward navigation 📅 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲:  General Availability begins September 2025, completing by early October 2025 🛠️ 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:  CMA is off by default—admins can launch it from the Advanced Management tab in the SharePoint Admin Center. 💡 As a CEO & CISO at BEMO, I see this as a significant step toward scalable governance and AI readiness.
