Here is a hard reality: You are not the audience of your writing. We often have the temptation, as marketers and business owners, to formulate content based on our own thoughts and ideas. This is a trap of mindset, though I have also collaborated with a group that believed every post should include specific technical details, as these were, in their minds, what their audience wanted. It turns out that their real audience, decision-makers, wanted easy, actionable ideas. As soon as we began to think and behave like a media company, everything changed. By considering what the audience wants and needs, we produced content that appealed to, educated, and converted. Without truly understanding your audience, you will likely miss the mark with your content. Start and finish with them; this is the only way to ensure success.

Your audience isn’t ignoring your content. It may not be packaged in a way they don't feel proud to share. For a post to get shared like wildfire, your audience must see themselves in it. Content that sparks emotion, challenges thinking, or offers fresh perspective is what gets shared. People share content to: Signal identity (this post represents who I am). Look smart or insightful (sharing it makes others think highly of me). Add value (this will help my circle). That’s why bland, recycled “5 tips to succeed” content gets ignored. It doesn’t move people. So if your posts aren’t spreading, ask yourself these questions; Am I giving people something they feel proud to share? Am I packaging my ideas in ways that trigger insight or emotion? Am I saying something that makes them stop scrolling? In my latest video, I unpack practical ways to move your content from “ignored” to “shared.” Go watch it and share your struggles with me

Think you can’t create content because you’re an introvert? You’ve got it all wrong. Content creation isn’t about being the loudest person in the room, or the one who shows up on camera with the biggest personality. The truth is, introverts actually have an advantage: we’re observant, thoughtful, and intentional — and those are the exact qualities that make content feel authentic and trustworthy. This year, I’m launching a new series: Content Creation for Introverts. My goal is to help introverted business owners and creators show up online in ways that feel natural, not forced. Because you don’t have to fake a persona to build an audience or sell digital products. ✨ Next up in the series: how being an introvert can actually be your superpower in content creation. If you’ve ever felt “too introverted” to create content, let’s change that narrative. Drop a 💡 in the comments if you’re ready for strategies that work with your personality, not against it.

Most people don’t realize this about content: if it isn’t aligned with who you really are, it won’t work. You can follow every “guru” formula out there, but if your content feels forced, your audience will feel it too. That’s why so many posts flop. The shift comes when you stop trying to fit the mold and start creating from a place of authenticity. When your content reflects your personality and values, it connects in a way that builds trust and ultimately drives business growth.

Content is not just for attention. 👀 It’s for impact. 💡 1️⃣ Anyone can create flashy posts that go viral for a moment. But attention alone doesn’t build trust, authority, or meaningful relationships. 2️⃣ The real test of content is whether it changes how people think, feel, or act. Does it inspire? Does it educate? Does it move someone closer to their goals? 3️⃣ Attention fades quickly in today’s digital world. What’s trending today is forgotten tomorrow. But impactful content creates a lasting impression. 4️⃣ Impactful content is rooted in value. It solves problems, answers questions, and gives clarity. It doesn’t just take space on a feed—it adds substance to it. 5️⃣ When your content is driven by value, people don’t just notice you—they trust you. And in business, trust is far more powerful than attention. 6️⃣ This is how strong personal brands are built. Not from chasing clicks, but from consistently showing up with insights, solutions, and perspective that others can rely on. 7️⃣ Impact also creates conversations. When people resonate with your message, they share it, discuss it, and apply it. That’s when content becomes transformational. 8️⃣ Ask yourself before posting: “Will this make a difference for someone?” If the answer is yes, you’re creating impact, not just noise. 9️⃣ Attention might get you seen, but impact will keep you remembered. And in the long run, that’s what creates opportunities, growth, and influence. 🔟 So, create with purpose. Create with value. And always aim for impact—because that’s the kind of content that stands the test of time. #ContentStrategy #PersonalBrand #Impact #Marketing #Leadership

A few days ago, I wrote a short post about how I lost a huge money from a single mistake. I didn’t share statistics. I didn’t write a “top 5 tips” kind of post. I simply told my story. Do you know what happened? That single post got more engagement, more comments, and more DMs than many of my other posts combined. That post made me realize. People don’t just remember facts they remember stories. Storytelling-driven content cuts through the noise because it: Builds connection, not just attention. Creates trust, not just visibility. Leaves impact, not just impressions. In a world where everyone is trying to sell something, stories make your message human. They allow your audience to see themselves in your content—and when people see themselves, they take action. That’s why I believe storytelling is not just “nice to have,” it’s the best tool in the market for content that actually works. 👉 To brands and professionals: if you want content that doesn’t just speak but connects, don’t just post—tell stories. And if you need help crafting them, that’s exactly what I do.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁? The difference comes down to three simple keys: 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 means your audience should instantly understand what you are trying to say. If the message is buried under 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 words or too many ideas, it will be lost. The best content communicates one clear thought at a time. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄 is about structure. Your message should feel natural, guiding the reader or viewer from the first line to the last 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. A strong hook, a clear middle, and a memorable ending make content easier to follow and more impactful. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is what makes content unforgettable. It is about speaking to 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, not just numbers on a screen. When your words or visuals reflect genuine understanding, your audience feels it and responds. Content that 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 is not about quantity. It is about crafting messages that are 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱, and 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻. Mastering clarity, flow, and connection turns ordinary posts into 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 that people remember and share. Stay connected with 𝗔𝗿𝗷𝗼 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗹. #𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗕𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 #𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 #𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 #𝗔𝗿𝗷𝗼𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗹

The no.1 mistake most creators make? They rely on their brain for content. And maybe you’ve been there before: You spend hours writing one post. But when you finally hit publish? Low engagement. No leads, etc.. Here's the truth → You are not bad at writing. Your content only lacks one thing → EXPRESSION. Here’s a simple trick to keep your content sharp, help you 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 & 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜: The next time you engage or scroll on LinkedIn… → Save 3-5 posts that inspire you. → Arrange them into content pillars on weekends. My 3 favourite pillars = (P.E.T): 1. Personal stories. 2. Educational posts. 3. Thought leadership. Do this for 1 week = 15 to 45 posts for inspiration. Do this for 2 weeks = 30 to 70 posts for inspiration. (And you can go as far as you like.🙂) At the end of the day, you have 2 choices: Spend 1 hour struggling with a “tough post.” Or 15 minutes creating a post that drives results. The smart creators choose the second option - always! P.S. Be honest–has a post ever taken you hours to write? 😅

If you have to trick your audience into reading your content, you’ve already lost them. 👉🏽Clickbait headline 👉🏽Fake urgency. 👉🏽Gated content/resources All these will attract temporary attention, if that’s what you’re aiming for. BUT..if you want to earn your audience’s loyalty, prioritize clarity and value. In demand gen, trust is the most scalable asset you have! Write like you respect your reader, because they can tell when you don’t.
