Your editing skills are not the problem. This is what truly matters to clients.. ➻ If you think you need to get better before you can charge more… ➛ You’re wrong. Because $5K clients don’t care about your flashy 3D edits. They care about one thing: ➛ making more money. ➛ If your videos bring them more views, ➛ more leads, ➛ and more sales… ➻ Why wouldn’t they happily pay you thousands? ➛ The more money your edits generate for them, ➛ The more they’ll pay you. ➛ The more they’ll want to keep you on their team. So your real problem isn’t your skills , It’s your focus. Shift your mindset from 'How do I make my edits look cooler?' to 'How do my edits solve my client’s problems? That’s when you’ll attract high-paying clients.
📌 Yeah, I know a designer/editor doesn’t directly deal with a client’s business… But try to see things from the client’s perspective: ➼ If your edited video gets more views, it reaches more people. ➼ More views mean more people discover the client’s business. ➼ More discovery means more trust in your work. That’s why you must always think about solving the client’s problems, not just about designing or editing.
Ali Interesting… many believe skill alone is enough, but the real secret is solving client problems first

Clients don’t buy cool edits, they buy outcomes. When your work ties directly to leads, sales, and revenue, the conversation shifts from ‘cost’ to ‘investment.
Skills don’t pay bills... results do. Focus on impact, and high-paying clients follow.
Exactly! Clients pay for outcomes, not effects Ali Haider
Such a powerful reminder.
Great reminder! At the end of the day, clients don’t pay for effects, they pay for outcomes — more leads, sales, and growth. BTW cover 🔥
Motion graphics, Video editing, Graphics design, in that order.
3w📌 This is what I learned while editing for clients: ➛ When my video reached a massive audience, ➛ the client tried to hold on to me as much as possible. ➛ That’s the power of solving client problems through edits/design.
