Do you think AI tools are suffocating you? E ti mọ nnkan nnkan. 🔥 - Every week, there’s a new app. - Every day, there’s another plugin. - Every minute, there is a new tool. To be fair, that there are more tools doesn’t mean there are more solutions. I believe if you don’t understand your problem statement, you are as good as automating chaos. This future we are all going into, AI is likely not going to be an issue but adopting and integrating can be your undoing. #Ai #Futureofworks #Projectmanager

The Too Many AI Tools Trap ❌ Most teams I meet say: “We’ve tried 10+ AI tools… but none stick.” The problem isn’t the tools. It’s that tools ≠ solutions. ✅ My advice: > - Start with the workflow, not the tool. > - Map the pain point first. > - Then use AI to solve that specific bottleneck. That’s how AI becomes a system, not just another shiny app. This is exactly why we built SmartConvo to help businesses cut through tool overload and focus on solving real problems. Also, If you’re wondering how to map a pain point and start a workflow, feel free to reach out me. I am happy to discuss your AI project anytime. #AI #FutureOfWork #Productivity #SmartConvo

A bright Kith tester asked me today: where do we see AI going? What's our role in the transformation? Here's what most people miss: Everyone's preparing for AI to get smarter. No one's preparing for what that demands of us. AI-native apps don't just use intelligence - they shape it to meet our goals. Soon, AI will build those apps on demand. All it takes is saying "I want an app that does x." That's Kith. But here's the paradox: The more intelligent our tools become, the more intelligent we need to become. Not technically intelligent - actually intelligent. Critical thinking, pattern recognition, creative problem-solving, insight, empathy. AI-native professionals don't learn to think like their tools. They learn to think better than ever while their tools handle everything else. That's Kith AI Lab. The future isn't AI replacing human intelligence. It's AI amplifying it - but only for those who develop theirs first. AI-native professionals building and using AI-native apps. That's the transformation we're creating. #ai #aiskills #aiagents

AI tools hallucinate! For real! Today I was using a popular meeting scheduling app - let's call it, "Scheduley," and I asked its AI chatbot a question about a feature. It responded instantly with very detailed instructions, in the same format and structure it provided other help. It was indistinguishable. It was supremely confident. They didn't work for me. I didn't see where the AI chatbot was referring. No matter what I did, I couldn't find the feature. I finally requested to speak to a human (they didn't know about this feature either, it took a Google search to confirm): lo and behold, THAT FEATURE DOESN'T EXIST! Forty-five minutes of "fooling" around (replace the word "fooling" as you wish) only to find out the AI chatbot didn't know WHAT it was talking about. I had to chuckle at the experience, but there is a lesson here. To my AI focused friends out there: How can one train an AI bot to prevent it from just making things up? Is this preventable? Or are we still too early in the cycle for this level of refinement? #AI #chatbot

The illusion of AI... A couple of days ago, we received a lead to build a Mobile App similar to Uber. As a IT Services company, we broke down the work into Epics, and User Stories, agreed on the scope with the potential client. The client was super happy with our understanding of the various aspects of building the app and appreciated the details that we were un-earthing for them. We then estimated the effort, looked at how we can optimize the same with various AI tools, and provided the estimate to the prospect. Almost instantaneously his reply was - "But, AI can do this work in less than a week, and it tells me that the total cost would be less than $500, why are you quoting me this number ????" This made me think, with all the social media posts highlighting the benefits of AI, people do not appreciate that you still need a human to make decisions on how the app would be designed, built, tested and deployed. I'm sure, sooner or later AI would be able to do all these aspects, while that happens, you still need humans who can do this work with various LLMs, AI Tools, and work on how the applications work end to end. What do you think ?

Instead of relying solely on generic tools, consider tailoring them to your specific needs using AI. By purchasing a tool, spending time using AI to recreate it, and customizing it, individuals can develop highly personalized apps. This approach allows for the creation of tools perfectly suited to one's needs, potentially resulting in resources with significant value. #AI #customization

4dIndeed it can be overwhelming learning a lot and using all, but the Key thing is to work with few from the list - based on niche and usage. I have used some of these tools and can attest the ease they offer for time taking tasks.
