“Modernize everything” sounds great… until you try it. Most enterprises still rely on decades-old numerical software. It powers risk models, simulations, and production systems that can’t just be switched off. The problem? The original experts are gone, documentation is thin, and every patch feels like a gamble. Modernization will come, but it’s slow. What companies need right now is a bridge, not just an endpoint. We’re exploring how organizations can get continuity, compliance, and peace of mind without waiting years for a full rebuild – learn more https://lnkd.in/eVpn3XcT What’s your biggest challenge in dealing with legacy systems? #legacytech #enterprisemodernization #numericalsoftware #digitalresilience #techstrategy

Scaling system change is not about numbers but about changing the structure of the system. Thus, instead of creating more projects or pilots, what is needed is to think about the protocols that interrelate existing solutions. It is connections that create the potential for nonlinear paradigm shifts, as when parts become interconnected in new ways, suddenly a new pattern emerges and a new flow starts to happen; it is this emergence of new structures that creates a paradigm shift that we are looking for as systems changers. This slide is an excerpt from our Booklet on systems change, which you can find here: https://lnkd.in/eGjZfQfQ
