During the Out of Box Experience, there’s now a shiny Windows Backup restore page (when enabled) that promises to bring your old PC back to life. Sounds great… but once you peel back the layers, it’s mostly about settings, some Store app magic, and a lot of expectations that don’t quite match reality.
