Lets normalize late diagnosis and share how BNBA helps adults reclaim focus, clarity, and self-compassion. For years, ADHD was seen as a childhood condition. Now, research and lived experience are telling a different story: ✅ Symptoms often go unnoticed until adulthood. ✅ Life changes (new job, parenthood) can make challenges impossible to ignore. ✅ A diagnosis can be a relief, not a label. At BNBA, most of our ADHD testing clients are adults over 18. If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe this explains everything,” you’re not alone. And we can help you find clarity.

It’s concise. It’s clear. And it opens the door for more meaningful discussions with your patients about treatment and care. The Total Symptom Score is a summary of your patient's performance and can be an effective means of ADHD psychoeducation. See how one tool helps you explain results in a way patients (and parents) actually understand: https://bit.ly/45Mp3O2 Thank you Corina Weir (PhD, CPsychol)

ADHD is NOT a Super Power. But that doesn't mean Founders with ADHD can't succeed. Here's what ACTUALLY works: 1. Gamify EVERYTHING People with ADHD respond well to being constantly rewarded for small tasks. Make it a challenge, a game, a race, give yourself XP points - get a treat for completion. 2. Delegate BORING shit The bits that bore you and you avoid at all cost? Do not try to learn them. Do not try to push through. Delegate. Delegate. Delegate. That way you can focus on things that stimulate you, not bore you. 3. Stop WASTING energy on BS Repetitive crap like sending hundreds of DM's and engaging in comments all day to get more 'likes' and 'impression' dopamine juice rots your brain. On Founders Tree you get to connect to founders who want the same thing, and are ready to talk. Fast & fun. 4. Be CREATIVE AF Let your mind go - don't try to hold it in. When you're in the ZONE, remove all distractions and just let it flow. You'll be able to get 20hrs of work done in 4hrs when hyper focus comes on. PS. What's your 'productivity hack'?
