1N5822 Schottky Diode - a useful component The 1N5822 is the highest voltage rating diode in the series 1N5820 - 1N5822 series. These diodes boast a current capability of 3A which is ideal for many applications, and a maximum reverse voltage of 40V. The diode also has a guard ring incorporated into the structure to make the diode more resilient to breakdown and along with this it also gives very low conduction losses and a low forward voltage drop. The 1N5822 provides extremely fast switching and enables high frequency operation as a result of the Schottky structure. In addition to this, the diode offers a high forward surge current capacity, and it also offers a higher reverse voltage than the 1N5820, although still not part high when compared to equipment Justin rectifier diodes. Well done guys, today I will simulate the DAM gates controller using simurelay. This system need some protectors such as: 1. over opening gates protection relay 2. over close gates protection relay 3. thermal overload Relay let's breakdown how the controller works This controller using DC relay controller circuit for safety & traceability purpose. As usual forward & reverse circuit, this circuit use 1 stop button & 2 start button (opening & closing. For protection over open & over close I use limit switch as actuator device at DAM prime mover units.

High Performance Full SiC Power Module. A low inductive and low profile full SiC half bridge powermodule has been presented using the new hybrid packaging structure based on stacked DBC. The power loop parasitic inductance is 1.8 nH for a 1200V 120A power module by using the principle of mutual inductance cancellation and integrating the decoupling capacitors in the module. The gate driver, decoupling capacitors, heatsink, and DC-link capacitors has been integrated in the power module.
