The merger strengthens Perkins&Will’s presence in New York City, where A+I has built a reputation for strategy-led, experience-driven, and zeitgeist-defining workplaces. For A+I, the partnership brings scale, resources, and access to new sectors including higher education, healthcare, and transit. As part of this transition, Kate Thatcher, CEO of A+I, will take on the role of Managing Director for Perkins&Will’s New York and Philadelphia studios.
