The audacity to show up
I saw two posts this week that shook me.
The first was about a woman who didn’t get the job she applied for. Instead of staying quiet, she came on LinkedIn and shared her disappointment. She was honest. Vulnerable. And she showed up for herself anyway.
That post went viral.
From that moment on, she never had to apply for a job again. I heard she eventually made it to Forbes 30 Under 30.
Then there’s someone I know personally. She wasn’t the best at sewing. Honestly, I was better.
But she kept putting herself out there.
Now she’s travelled to two countries in one month. She’s building something real.
And that’s when it hit me: It’s not always about being the most talented. Sometimes, it’s about who dares to show up and keep showing up.
That’s where I am now. I’m not waiting to be discovered. I’m showing up for myself.
Loudly. Imperfectly. And still enough. And you can too.
I wrote an eBook for the 1% who feel deeply. For the ones who’ve been quiet, unsure, or overlooked. 📘 Finding Me: You Can Start from Here
It’s a reminder that wherever you are in life, you can start from there. And even that counts as something.
