Caution! Reading this may trigger unexpected LinkedIn growth ideas.

This month’s glow-up kit has everything your LinkedIn needs:

  • post ideas worth stealing,

  • one content format you really want to start using,

  • LinkedIn updates you don't want to miss.

Ready for your LinkedIn glow up? Scroll on!

First of all....🎉 It’s International Marketing Day! And we couldn’t let it pass without a little shoutout to the legends who keep LinkedIn fun, smart and scroll-stopping.

That’s why we’re starting this issue with a surprise for our favorite marketers – people whose profiles, posts and presence are worth your attention.

Kudos goes to.....

  • Agne Pakėnaitė – for sparking joy with those unskippable short comedy bursts that light up the LinkedIn feed. 💡

  • Povilas Klusaitis – for bold, unapologetic communication and posts that stand out. 🔥

  • Viktorija Ratomskė – for turning affiliate marketing into clear, relatable and engaging LinkedIn content. 🔗

  • Tomas Ramanauskas - for posts that feel like a deep breath – thoughtful, easy to read, and quietly brilliant. 🌿

  • Laura Jasenaite – for bringing strategic clarity and cross-industry perspective that broadens how we think about marketing. 🧩

  • Arijus Žakas – for honest, insightful takes on marketing and agency life that most of us can relate to. ✨

  • Gražvydas Kaminskas – for raising bold, reflective topics that challenge how we think about marketing. ✍️

Let’s talk about content trends that might just make YOU a LinkedIn legend.

Trends that go viral elsewhere? You can make them work on LinkedIn too, if you look at them from a professional angle!

Here’s how 👇

Finger pointing (not rude)

This format is a great way to show your expertise on a specific topic.

Get creative – write the points you’re “calling out” on paper, turn them into a PDF, a pitch deck or even a single bold visual.

AI will replace ME? Never.

This one's for reminding your feed that AI can’t do everything.

Use it to show off that one part of your job AI wouldn’t be good at doing – whether it’s people skills, weird intuition, or just pure chaos-handling talent.

Hold on... Video format? On LinkedIn? 👀

That’s right.

The LinkedIn algorithm now favors video content, offering better visibility and higher engagement (we’re shocked too).

The good news? It’s a great opportunity to tap into those content trends and reach a wider audience.

Therefore, we also encourage you to incorporate videos into your content strategy to maximize reach.

And there's more LinkedIn updates that you don't want to miss.

Premium just got more powerful – LinkedIn now lets Premium users add custom CTA buttons to their profiles. 💼

This new feature gives you more control over how visitors interact with your profile. Whether you want to drive traffic to a booking page, a portfolio, or a product – you can now guide people with a clear, tailored call to action.

You’ll find it under your profile settings if you're a Premium member.

You can now add services to your company page to make it easier for people to find and contact you. 🛠️

Heres how to do it, in case you have missed it:

  1. Go to your Page super admin view.

  2. Select the Create button in the upper-left corner.

  3. Select Add services.

  4. Review how services work on LinkedIn and then click Next.

  5. Enter information about the services your organization offers.

  6. Click the Save button to make your services viewable by members.

Authentic content > AI-written monologues. 💬

AI is cool, no doubt about it.

But when it comes to visibility, LinkedIn’s algorithm clearly favors real, human content over long, robotic posts.

Keep it personal, keep it you. That’s what gets seen (and felt).

See you on LinkedIn feed,
