Celebrating the Best of MCC
At MCC, our values are expressed through our True Colors: Accountability, Drive for Results, Customer Focus, Team Player and Innovation. These five behaviors define our culture and our commitment to our customers and one another.
We want to congratulate the nearly 30 individuals, teams and plants selected from more than 150 nominations by senior leaders last month who best demonstrated our True Colors in 2024. The nominations, reviewed by MCC leadership, spanned every business function, geography and job type in several categories, including how specific True Colors behaviors led to great results and top operational performance in our business units. We also want to recognize the more than 20 Honorable Mention awardees.
Congratulations to all the 2024 honorees! 🎉
Waste Not, Want Not
A big shoutout to our Chonburi team in Thailand who have successfully reduced almost 100% of the food waste through a comprehensive waste management strategy. Their cafeteria food waste is converted into compost and animal feed for local community farmers. 💚
MCC continues to show its commitment to innovate and expand initiatives in all areas of our business in an effort to reduce wase and promote sustainable solutions. This is not something we just talk about, but something we do and live every day across the globe.

Navigating Sustainable Label Solutions
As sustainability becomes increasingly important to both consumers and regulators, consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands are seeking eco-friendly solutions.
Choosing the right sustainable label requires considering key factors to ensure your packaging meets the growing expectations, especially with the recently published Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) guidelines in Europe.
As a helpful tool when selecting eco-friendly label solutions, we created a Navigating Sustainable Labels Guide, which highlights four simple questions to ask when looking to improve the sustainability of your label.
How is your product packaged?
What type of label does your product currently have?
Where is your product being sold?
What improvements would you like to make to your current label?
It also provides more in-depth considerations and tips for each question.
If you are not sure where to start, we are here to support you on this journey to sustainability! 🌿 Learn more about our commitment here.
Another great big thank you for catching up with us on this month’s updates. Is there something you’d like us to talk about in the next LabelTalk Link? Let us know.
