We have some news to share with you. Pearson VUE is migrating its infrastructure to Azure, bringing you streamlined processes, faster and easier exam registration, and a more secure environment. These changes are designed to enhance your certification journey and make it smoother than ever.
Important Update: Scheduled Downtime
As part of this migration, there will be a scheduled downtime for Certification exams from October 11, 2024, at 1:00 PM Central Time, to October 13, 2024, at 9:00 AM Central Time. During this period, you won’t be able to register for new exams, reschedule, or cancel existing appointments. Instead, you’ll see a maintenance page informing you of this temporary pause.
But don’t worry! Pearson VUE has already reached out to individual learners and rescheduled any affected exams, ensuring no exams are set during this downtime.
Stay Informed and Supported
To keep you in the loop, Microsoft Certification Support will display a notification banner about the downtime. Certification Support agents and the Pearson VUE Support team will be on hand to assist you with any questions or concerns.
Plan Ahead
If you’re planning to schedule a Microsoft Certification exam, we encourage you to do so before or after this planned offline period. This way, you can avoid any inconvenience and continue your certification journey without a hitch.
