• Accenture is to acquire Orlade Group, a 200-strong Paris-based company that provides advisory and project management services for capital projects. 
• Hitachi Group is to acquire the 550-employee German cloud, AI, and data services firm Synvert, which will be rolled into Hitachi’s GlobalLogic division.
• Deutsche Telekom and its T-Systems division have launched T Cloud, a range of sovereign cloud services.
• Visma has acquired Alavie, an Italian regulatory compliance software company serving 120,000 accounting offices and professional service firms.
