Do you have your purpose?

A diamond can't sparkle until it finds a light to follow. 

Without the light, a diamond is just a diamond, not sparkling. 

Have you found your purpose? 

Without it, you're just a diamond. A diamond that isn't sparkling.

Everybody needs a purpose!

It doesn't matter what that purpose is, as long as it feels completely and utterly right. 

I've been coaching business owners for over a decade, and the one thing that we need to make sure of, before we go anywhere or do anything, is to make sure that the business you're trying to build is the right one. I'd say at least 80% of the time it isn't. It's typically become a business of convenience. One that you could do, one that somebody said you should do, one that somebody said there's a market for, and it was easy. Therefore, you find yourself in a business that really doesn't serve you, or suit you. It certainly doesn't light you up, and you're definitely not sparkling like a diamond. 

This is your opportunity to really get some truth. Look inside, be honest with yourself and ask the following:

Is this it? 

Is this what I'm supposed to be doing in my life? 

Is this my purpose? 

Is this going to fulfill me and give me that beautiful sense of purpose for the rest of my days here; or have I just given myself a very bad, very badly paid, overworked, stressed job, where you have to be all things to everyone and do everything?!
