Community Spotlight:
Meet Senior Developer Advocate Laszlo Balla
By the time I stumbled into the world of ServiceNow, I’d already spent over a decade in IT. I started out playing a semi-Product Owner role for an ITSM implementation but quickly fell down the platform’s rabbit hole. Before long, I became a one-man show, building, hacking, and occasionally talking to myself in desperation. Eventually, I leveled up into an Architect role. Along the way, I got more involved in the Community, eventually becoming a two-time MVP. It feels like everything I’ve done so far led me here, and I’m thrilled to support this amazing developer community from the inside (and with a European accent).
