How to CUT the CRAP

How to CUT the CRAP

Steps to transition from consuming CRAP to CLEAN:

1) decrease carbonated drinks and increase water with lemon,

2) decrease breads with refined and enriched flours and sugars and replace with breads made with unrefined, whole grains and plants,

3) increase vegetables (wash before eating),

4) learn to cook and bake with foods that can serve multiple purposes, such as cauliflower as mashed potatoes or pizza crust and chickpeas as flour to make cookies,

5) increase fruits (wash before eating),

6) do not eat anything artificial, especially artificial sweeteners.

Admittingly, I am not 100% clean by choice. I am 90% clean or 90% of the time I eat and drink natural. I thought I ate healthy until I learned more about reading labels and how the FDA does not require companies to disclose everything we need to know to make good decisions. I made a decision to incorporate an all natural meal replacement shake in my diet which was very instrumental in getting me to the place I am today. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my body adapted to the natural flavors and cravings for CRAP ceased.

I encourage you to start the journey from CRAP to CLEAN; and ask your friends and family members to join you. You will LOVE the way it makes you feel! And when you feel good the world becomes a much better place! You welcome each day with a smile!

Eat better = feel better = love life!
