They ask me most of the time...How do you keep producing different types of study materials with such a high level of variations?
The answer is very simple, I keep discussing with my customers, they guide me for new products.
Let me tell you how we started and where we reached.
Our first product was MOCK tests for Govt Job Coaching Institutes and we were doing it for almost one year since the start of TesMus Eduserve. No other product was developed to date.
1. One fine day.. one of our customers from Rajsthan asked me, why not we start Daily Slides Services for current affairs. the day and today we have not only serving, daily current affairs slide but also 52 other daily different types of slides without any break, and planning to increase up to 120 daily slides very soon.
So many other players tried to do it by copying our product & Idea but they could not do it regularly for 2 months and gave up, that too with only 5 or 6 slides and we are doing daily 53 different slides since then.
2. Another customer from Patna suggested starting a Monthly Current Affairs Magazine for banking aspirants, we took a month to plan, design, and launched our monthly CA magazine, and the best part is, as of now we are serving Monthly CA magazine to different segments e.g. Defence coachings, CLAT coachings, Colleges, Schools, UPSC coachings with their relevant content and articles.
3. While pitching our CA Magazine to our future prospects, we came to know that some of them are searching for some cost-effective product on Current Affairs which must have a lesser number of pages than Full fledge magazine... here comes our Monthly Current Affairs Booster and it hit the market with a huge success.
4. As everyone knows that the students in Bihar need a lot many MOCks to practice, here comes the clue for the Monthly CA&GA Booklet, this was also suggested by one of our customers from Munger, Bihar, His Idea of providing at least 10 sets every month on Current Affairs and General Awareness resulting our latest product, the response from each section of the Nation is overwhelming and extremely encouraging.. coaching owners using this product targeting their state-level exams and getting its branding accordingly... wao......what a successful product we have.
5. One of our Customers (A well-known Civil Service Coaching) has asked me to produce something to help his students for a quick reference for daily news and here comes our Daily News Analysis (DNA) in the picture. This Product helps their students a lot and helps build rapport with them on daily basis. It creates a great brand image and trust for the coaching brand significantly among students.
Likewise, on the demand of different customers, we have made more than 100 books and more than 10 variants of Study Material kits.
Currently, we have more than 200 products for government job coaching institutes (almost everything you need for your coaching institute to be established as the preferred brand among students) and continuously launching new products... in the last 3 months alone we have launched 5 new products for our customers.
This is our journey of product development and customer service till now and hoping to serve our customers always with our innovation and the best services for which we are known.
