They taste amazing and are designed beautifully, but what's the story behind them? They're just another bar right?

No.

I believe that poor nutrition is the primal cause for population metabolic dysfunction, and subsequently chronic disease, in the USA. Is this because there's a major healthcare and processed food conspiracy to make our population sick to profit?

No, I don't believe that. Our existing food system is optimized to solve a 19th century problem: famine.

Our entire food systems were built on cheap carbohydrates and processing to make things shelf-stable, cheap, and highly calorically dense -- all very valuable to solve famine, but wholly at the expense of nutrient density, metabolic and glycemic impact, and our modern way of life.

Keto Food Bar is our next step to solve this problem. KFB is the first bar (as we know) designed with continuous glucose monitoring technology (cc: Levels Abbott).

The glycemic impact (both peak and standard deviations) are 5-30x better than leading "healthy" brands on the market. We have receipts & will share them.
