Lessons With #AskAsh - Week 15: Evaluating Your Routine

This is a quick note how I've changed a couple of things in my routine. I have a Daily Operations Target List that I use to plan my week in conjunction with Google Calendar.
Inside the list, breaks down the project activities per day along with other tasks that may not be project-related.
My goal for April and really for Q2 is to record the solo season of my upcoming podcast. I noticed that in the evenings, my focus for multiple "high concentrated activities," gets iffy.
So this is what I did, I decided to record my podcast in the mornings (like early in the morning), post-workout and post accountability call (6am EST).
This worked PERFECTLY! Why? I was able to knock out my other tasks and attend a few non-business meetings and get to bed on time. VICTORY!
The point of this story. Evaluate your routine, see what's up and see what needs to be adjusted.
