Libra 12: Cloud storage for on-premise scalability

Storage management just got easier, with Libra 12, your recorder can now store directly to AWS and Azure cloud storage environments, with review and playback of recordings happening seamlessly, as if they were stored locally. DataVoice's on-premise solutions are truly becoming cloud scalable.

Storage management is often a headache in most organisations, given the amount of data stored daily. With Libra version 12, your recorder can now store your captured interactions directly to AWS and Azure cloud storage environments, with review and playback of recordings happening as if they were stored locally. DataVoice's on-premise solutions are truly becoming cloud scalable.

A few years ago, having your head in the clouds was a bad thing, now it's a necessity. Organisations now have the flexibility to scale storage for their on-premise solution effortlessly without the need for hardware upgrades and scheduled downtime.

In those rare situations when there is a break in connectivity, the recorder stores locally until the link is re-established. These recordings are then uploaded, and life continues as usual.

The DataVoice monitoring features for cloud storage volumes and their statuses are presented identically to other disk volumes in Systems Health & Operation node, giving organisations the ability to keep tabs on their connected cloud storage.
